He received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from METU in 2005 and 2008, respectively. After that he did his PhD study in University of Twente and he is expected to be graduated in 2013. His research interests are optics, micro/nano fabrication, infrared detectors and optoelectronic integration.
